Young Patient
We have four trained Community Health Workers at Gatanga Kiiga and they visit our most serious cases as needed. We provide clients with home health care kits which include bleach, cotton wool, soap, and rubber gloves. We also train their caregivers on how best to take care of the patient and how to protect themselves and other members of the family from contracting the disease. Finally, we check the patients home for any environmental concerns that could be detrimental to their health and do our best to make changes as possible.
